Product and nitrogen connections are all sanitary clamp type. Main housing also utilizes clamp connections and can be easily disassembled for removal of injector, inspection, and cleaning.
The Pick Injector is normally supplied with a nitrogen pressure regulator, flow regulator, and related piping and fittings. The flow regulator can be a simple rotameter or a programmable mass flow meter. In the latter case, the rate of nitrogen injection can be automatically proportioned to the mass flow of the product.
