Steam Injection Packaged Systems - Tank Car Cleaning

custom designed a heating system to provide precisely controlled water
temperature to tank car cleaning stations.
The system pictured included two chemical feed pumps for injection of caustic and detergents. A separate PLC was included, allowing an operator to program cleaning cycle times and chemical feed rates.
