Steam Injection Packaged Systems - Pilot Scale Sanitary Cooker

Pick's model SC2-3 In-Line Heating System has a Pick Sanitary Direct Steam Injection Heater as its core component. It can easily be adapted to fit into small R&D processes.

Components such as backpressure valves, flash chambers and hold tube assemblies can be custom fabricated and incorporated into the Pick system for fixed or portable use within the lab.

This system was designed for confectionery applications.
