Steam Injection Packaged Systems - Turnkey HTST Pasteurized System
Pick
designed a complete HTST system to pasteurize organic slurry.
The process had been plagued by a chronic microbial bug growth. The Pick system included a Constant Flow heater, control panel with chart recorder, plate exchanger, slurry tank and hold tube assembly.
The Pick system eliminated the problem of organic burn-on when steam was used to heat the slurry.
