Steam Injection Packaged Systems - Heat/Cool System for Jacketed Lotion Tank

A major manufacturer of personal health care lotions and creams needed a compact, automatic Heating and Cooling system to hold the contents of a jacketed tank and process tubing at a precise temperature to ensure smooth product flow to the filling machine.

Rigid plant standards for the pump, motor, valves, and instrumentation were incorporated into the Pick system. A compact piping layout on a wall mounted frame allowed placement behind the process tank.

The satisfied customer has subsequently purchased multiple units for other areas of the plant.
